Origin · Bairrada · Anadia

Anadia is one of the core municipalities within Bairrada DOC on Portugal's central Atlantic coast, nicknamed the "Sparkling Wine Capital" for its central role in traditional-method espumante production. Its limestone-clay soils also support Bairrada's structured, high-acid Baga-based red wines.
